About the Project
This project will provide a thorough review of Bay Roberts' Municipal Plan and Development Regulations. These documents, adopted in 2011, have served the community well. With continued growth, shifting demographics, and evolving community priorities, the Town is now seeking community input to undertake a comprehensive update of these documents.
This is also an exciting opportunity to revisit the Town’s vision and goals. Our team will work to ensure the updated documents reflect current values, support forward-looking decision-making, and are presented through a modern and user-friendly format. Updated standards will include clear language and graphic illustrations that make interpretation straightforward for residents, staff, and the Council.
