Like many communities across Canada, Bridgewater is experiencing housing challenges as the community continues to grow. With funding support from the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation's (CMHC) Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF), the Town is moving forward with strategic actions to make more housing available in the town to meet the needs of residents, today and in the future.

We recognize that housing is a complex issue, and that residents and community partners may have questions or concerns. To help address these, the Town will be engaging with residents and key community partners over the coming months to discuss housing and development in Bridgewater.
