About the Project
The Town of Cornwall has started the process to review and update its Official Plan and Zoning & Subdivision Control (Development) Bylaw, which were adopted in 2022. Since then, the Town has experienced steady growth and development.
The new Official Plan and Zoning & Development Bylaw documents are an exciting opportunity to renew and reinforce the vision for the town while creating planning documents that are practical, effective, and easy to use tools into the future.
Community input is a critical part of the planning process, and we'll be seeking your feedback throughout the project. Keep an eye on this page for upcoming opportunities to share your input either online or in-person.
