Housing is a complex issue and the housing needs of Islanders are diverse. We are conducting a province-wide Housing Needs Assessment to better understand the housing issues facing Island communities. This project aims to identify gaps in the current and future housing supply in order to better plan for the future. The results of the project will be used to close those gaps and ensure that all Islanders have access to safe and suitable housing that meets their needs.

The data gathered through this work will be instrumental for all levels of government, the private sector, and community housing partners as we work collectively to improve the housing situation on Prince Edward Island.
